About me

Technical depth with a service mindset.

I work across the full day-to-day IT environment: desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, networks, wireless systems, printers, mobile devices, endpoint security, onboarding, offboarding, and technical documentation.

My strongest work happens where technical troubleshooting, infrastructure ownership, and user support meet. I enjoy finding gaps before they become outages, improving unclear processes, and leaving systems better documented than I found them.

01

Own the outcome
